Vine variety: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon.
Production area: Hilly areas between the provinces of Vicenza and Treviso, Veneto region.
Vinification: Gentle pressing of the grapes followed by a long maceration of 15 days. Fermentation at 26° C.

Features:
The COLOUR is very intense purple red with steady violet reflections.
The BOUQUET is intense and strong with pleasing flavors of herbs and tomato leaves that are combined with hints of fresh blackberry.
The TASTE full bodied wine with good texture, smooth, dry and long. The aftertaste, recalling the same notes, is warm and rich ending with a nice tannic note.

Serving suggestions: It goes well with tasty dishes such as strong soups, pasta with beans typical of the Venetian cuisine and red meat dishes in general.
Serve at 18-20° C.
